at which time we can advise you, assess the scope of the proposed works and provide a fee quote.

All fees are calculated on an individual basis for the range of services required by the client and are very competative.
Building works may also require a structural engineers design
certificate or calculations for which we can arrange
an introduction to a chartered engineer.
Virtually all projects will require a Building Warrant approval
and most will require Planning Consent.
Local authority fees for this will be in accordance with their fee scales current at the time.

We are currently working towards providing financing for projects so architectural and local authority fees can be spread over a 12 or 24 month period please ask about this service.
